How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Background in IT and Management. As a person of mixed cultures, I have always been fascinated by anything multi-cultural and diverse. What a joy to work in an industry that is front and center when it comes to connecting cultures!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We ALWAYS focus on professionalism and quality! These are not just buzzwords to us. We are never going to get in a race to the bottom price and sacrifice quality. Accuracy is very important in any business communications, and we realize that our clients need and deserve the best quality translations at a fair cost!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 US locations. No plans for expanding 'brick and mortar' but we are always expanding staff across the world! We hire linguists who are right for the job, regardless of where they are located.
